Having anxiety means you care โค๏ธ
The building blocks of anxiety typically have these componentsโฆ
* A layer of unpredictability
* Not having control
* Something we care about is threatened- the deeper the threat, the greater the anxiety.
When feeling anxious before a race run through these three components of anxiety and write down a list for all three.

Trust is the antidote to anxiety that we have in sport and life. When we have trust and match it with anxiety it feels even.
There are three ways you can develop trust.

Weโve all had hardships, weโve all had adversities in racing and in life and it takes a lot personal strength, resilience and toughness to get through those things.
You can review those things and remind yourself that you have the capability to do so in this moment.
