They donโt work for everyone thatโs for sure, with some things you have to train the body to take them on.
You need to start practicing early with nutrition just daily runs take 1 gel as runs build up take a couple rather than wait till you go beyond 90 minute long runs then start thinking about fuelling and discover something doesnโt work for you.

Even if you make it concentrated you are meant to take on at least 300ml per serving to help with digestion. 4 hour marathon, 4 servings 1.2l of water so either carry it or neck it at each aid station causing some serious sloshing ๐คฎ
